Codafile Support Life-Cycle Policy Update

On April 1st, 2007 Codafile announced a new support life-cycle policy.
This consistent and predictable policy is designed to standardise support guidelines across product lines and will cover Filetrak and CodaPrint currently available on a direct basis or via retail purchase and future release products.
Product life-cycle policies provide advanced notification of planned changes in product availability and support.
This information helps customers and partners with product planning and information technology decisions.

From January 1st 2008 the following Versions of Filetrak will no longer be supported:
- Filetrak Version 1.5B
- Filetrak Version 2.0
- Filetrak Version 2.1
- Filetrak Version 2.2
From January 1st 2008 the following versions of CodaPrint will no longer be supported:
- CodaPrint Version 1.0
- CodaPrint Version 2.0
- CodaPrint Version 2.5
- CodaPrint Version 3.0
From January 1st 2013 the following versions of CodaPrint will no longer be supported:
CodaPrint Version 2005 Codaprint Version 2008
From January 1st 2015 the following versions of CodaPrint will no longer be supported:
- CodaPrint Version 2009
From January 1st 2016 CodaPrint Version 2010 support plan will change. Please contact us for more information.
